Missouri Baptist Medical Center is a 489-bed acute care hospital located at 3015 N. Ballas Road near the intersection of Highways I-270 and I-64 (Highway 40) in west St. Louis County. It has been a member of BJC HealthCaresm since 1994.

Missouri Baptist Medical Center offers a full continuum of medical and surgical services, specializing in heart services, cancer services, orthopedics and women's health services, as well as comprehensive 24-hour-a-day emergency services and pediatric services.

The Missouri Baptist Medical Center campus is home to the Missouri Baptist Cardiac & Vascular Center, Missouri Baptist Cancer Center, the Breast HealthCare Center, the Digestive Disease Center and the Clinical Nursing Institute. The West County Sports Fitness & Rehabilitation Center, which is located at 11628 Old Ballas Road, is a department of Missouri Baptist Medical Center and is where the hospital's outpatient rehabilitation services are performed.

As one of the nation's largest Catholic hospitals and the second largest private hospital in Metropolitan St. Louis, St. John's Mercy Medical Center operates St. Louis County's only Level I Trauma Center and Level III Neonattal Intensive Care Unit, both designed to handle the most complex and critical cases.
